Review # 1 was written on 2018-01-31 00:00:00 Peter Bereznanin I was a little disappointed with this cookbook. I had hoped to get more low carb friendly recipes but it was limited. I liked only SIX! Some are not even low carb... glad l did not spend money on this or l would have been disappointed or taking it back...

Review # 2 was written on 2018-11-25 00:00:00 John Mikonczyk WHile I appreciate the scope of this book, I walked away with only a few recipes that are feasible for my home life. I also think the organization of the recipes might need a little work. Other than that, great ideas.
