Honestly....I kept reporting to my family that this book was sort of like an unsatisfied yawn that you just kept trying to make happen. Enjoyable....but not completely satisfying.

Not at all what I expected from the description. If you are looking for a thriller or mystery this book is not it. It is told by the girl after she is killed and is supposedly in her heaven. The murder was barely described and not at all eerie so if you think you might be spooked off you will not be. It covers the touchy subject of a pedophile serial killer. However, not in any way disturbing except for the actual crimes of this nature. Reading it in the book did not upset me at all. I expected more to come with more murders or it to become some sort of thriller but it did not. The book was more about how a crime of this nature affects everyone it the family of the victim. That is the best summary. Again, if you are thinking of reading this don t feel sheepish. I really don t think it was upsetting. Finish date April 26, 2014
