Review # 1 was written on 2020-10-05 00:00:00 Aaron Coats An important book talking to women of the '60's and '70's on their ground breaking work in field of women's psychology. mental health, therapy and women's studies. This book gives us some idea of the incredible women and work they achieved in bringing feminism to the therapeutic community and to raise awareness of women's struggles in this era. Whilst it is mainly based on women in USA and many of them would be considered mainstream rather than radical it is vital that such feminist work is documented. |
