Review # 1 was written on 2021-03-09 00:00:00 Earnest Thomas I hated it. 2001 is too late in the postmodern spiral for lesbian lit. Way too much flirtation with positive depictions of incestuous desire for my taste. I didn’t read it that well because I hated it so much, so it’s possible there’s some good pieces in there that aren’t like “my mom wanted to sleep with me when I dressed in my dead dad’s clothes” & “I wish I was my gf’s dad and also we were brothers who were dating”, etc. |
