Review # 1 was written on 2016-10-29 00:00:00 Carlos Hirales Amazing. So rich, so detailed, and so balanced. Just the discussions I wanted to read, with a huge bibliography for further reading. Only minor quibble is the stuff about national savings needing to precede investment. Keith Griffin is a great writer for an academic and I'd recommend this book to anyone
