Review # 1 was written on 2008-12-01 00:00:00 Tyrone Notyce An interesting little book on how to quilt. Based in traditional style quilting but branching out into what was called "Contemporary Quilting." Some great how-to information in this book, and some of those early "Contemporary Quilts" are totally funky - fun to see.

Review # 2 was written on 2012-02-01 00:00:00 Augusto Garces The textbook for my Turning Points of World History class. Reliable, broad, a bit expensive. Some helpful educational features (especially the key questions), but the heavy promotion of the associated website (requiring paid subscription) is irritating.
