Review # 1 was written on 2008-04-03 00:00:00 Abhishek Swarnkar Not one of the best cooking light cookbooks. I think more time should have been spent on technique, but overall there are some nice marinades/preparation ideas in the book. As always, the pictures are lovely. |
Review # 2 was written on 2011-04-07 00:00:00 Eric West This book is a "go to" for solid vegetarian meals from the grill. Not only does Andrea Chesman provide a nice variety of recipes, but her helpful charts offer adventurous grillers a good gauge for grill times for a variety of off-beat vegetables. My one complaint is that there is noticeable overlap between Veg Grill and Roasted Veg. |
