Review # 1 was written on 2018-03-17 00:00:00 Sylvio Nunes Neto This is a great non-fiction book for kids around four to six years old. I enjoyed reading this book, and actually learned all about green tree frogs. I would rate this book five stars out of five because I think the pictures used in this book will definitely catch a young reader's attention. This book also teaches kids the characteristics of green tree frogs, what they look like, what they eat, how they eat, how far the can jump and more. One thing I really liked about this book is the fact that there was a dictionary in the back of the book, because there were some words used that I don't think some readers would understand. In addition to the dictionary, they added how to pronounce that word which I think is great! I really enjoyed this book and I think young readers would as well, which is why I would read this book to my class when teaching about different animals.

Review # 2 was written on 2018-04-24 00:00:00 Thomas Mccain A great non-fiction book for emerging readers. Well laid out and organized with wonderful photos providing visual support to the text. This book provides great information for the curious emerging reader and even has an index. A great choice for beginning researchers.
