The pictures help tell the story of the history of the University. The book is also filled with information about the history of Syracuse University. It is interesting to see how the University has evolved over time. The book features information on the history of various buildings on the campus. Also, there is information on various traditions that have been a part of the history of Syracuse University. The book chronicles some of the chancellors and professors that have taught at the university. Athletes who played there are also featured. The different academic schools at the university are also featured. The leadership and students of Syracuse University have always tried to foster a strong sense of community. Through the years, the University had high academic standards and the students took pride in the university and the opportunities that it gave them. The authors did a good job of showing the different academic strengths of the university and the many different traditions that the university has had for many years. The book also shows the connection between the university and the city of Syracuse. I would recommend this book for people who are interested in reading about the history of Syracuse University.

Review # 2 was written on 2012-12-28 00:00:00 Ben Swartz I am very impressed with this book. Well written and showcasing beautiful photos. It is a must read for anyone living in Northern and Central NY State. I plan to get a copy for my collection, to use as a reference.
