The photos that go along with each recipe are visually appealing and inspiring. The book is a convenient, 3 ring binder so the pages lie flat when you are cooking and trying to follow the recipe. Ms. Pare also gives metric and imperial measurements for ingredients. I've tried a few recipes and intend to try more. The muffin recipes are especially good for anyone looking for a hearty, healthy breakfast alternative.
