17 pages in, all of the first chapter, and I can already tell you it’s a bunch of capricious bs. Tells you everything you wanna hear about starting your own business “financial freedom,” “more time to yourself,” “spend more time with your family,” etc. I say it’s BS cause my uncle’s started his own business and hardly had anytime to himself (cause he was smart enough to keep his day job, which this book advises against depending on circumstances). Basically tries to make you feel like trash for accepting hourly wages even though you’re helping a (usually) multi-million/billion dollar company. What a load! Now a few people who read this are gonna say “I’m too good to work $10/hr,” and just quit altogether, and get stressed about their financial situation cause their lawn mowing business hasn’t taken off yet. Shocker. If you’re wondering how I know it’s BS, it’s cause it basically does the same thing as Grant Cardone’s book and has a bunch of testimonies from people who were unfortunate enough to buy into his program, talking about their first year. That’s great you own 33 units of real estate with only $10k from a bank, but what’re your projected earnings for the next 2, 5, and 10 years? I want to hear about what happened when they started 10 years ago and where they are now, but it doesn’t get into that. I’d honestly recommend looking at the Table of Contents, find one your interested in, turn to that page, and just read about that business. Would save you so much time and money.

For anyone that thinks you need lots of money to start a business, this book gives you lots of ideas that have very little startup costs. Some of the businesses are irrelevant today, but the principles behind the businesses still exist.
