Review # 1 was written on 2015-10-19 00:00:00 Charles Mccormack Originally published in the late 1800's this book rules! Lots of party and costume ideas.

Review # 2 was written on 2009-10-05 00:00:00 Jay Peters Excellent history of the Mardi Gras balls from the 19th through early 20th Centuries lavishly illustrated with ball invitations, dance cards and tickets - along with some illustrations from the same period. I only wish that some of the details of some of the tiny pieces of artwork had been shown in greater detail.
