Didn't really tell me anything I didn't already know, Joe navoroe's book is a much better guide to reading and interpreting body language.

One of the better body language books that I have read. It does not focus solely on the business setting. It covers love families and other relations. A section on the front line worker was outstanding. All the years working with the public and no one ever suggesting how to do it properly. Its main point for me was control and be aware of your own body language. The reference in the back of the book was excellent. A valuable addition to anyone interested in this subject. It needs to be reread and kept as a handy reference guide. The amount of information given is vast. It would take much study and work to place all the usefully information into practice and habit. Well worth the read.
