Serious is right. The first section of the book is just about everything you would ever want to know about how to barbecue. There are two recipes called "Get A Book" Pork Shoulder and "Get A Book" Beef Brisket. What a great way to wait for dinner to cook! It's also is a good indication of how long you are going to spend with most of the recipes. The best barbecue comes from the low and slow.

3.5 stars. This was a really pretty cookbook. Definitely built for looks and format. I want to try and make something from it, before fully deciding if it is worth more. That said, the text was easy to read and accessible. The instructions are clear and understandable.
