Review # 1 was written on 2009-01-09 00:00:00 Doug Dobrava THIS BOOK WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY ONE OF MY FELLOW KARATE-KA.I WASN'T FAMILIAR AT THE TIME WITH THE TAO. IN SPITE OF THAT I READ WITH AN OPEN MIND AND STARTED DOING THE EXERCISES DESCRIBED BY THE AUTHOR. I SENSED A DIFFERENCE RIGHT AWAY IN MY PHYSICAL WELL BEING AND HAVE INCORPORATED THE BREATHING AND VISUALIZATION TECHNIQUES IN MY PRACTICE OF KATAS.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-03-26 00:00:00 Kimberly Samuelson One of my favorite authors on spiritual matters. As always, her writings always come to my attention when needed the most. Her insight and wholistic approach to spiritual matters is not only refreshing, but enlightening.
