Review # 1 was written on 2008-10-11 00:00:00 Julia Nelson This is a pretty simplistic plot and story line, but it has a very good message. It'a a good, quick, Christmasy, feel-good read. The moral of the story is that small kindnesses can make a big difference, even a life-saving difference. Reading this book got me to thinking about how feeling needed is often what the lonely yearn for most. Perhaps it's not enough to just let someone know you are thinking of them and that you care. An even greater service is to show someone their value by letting them give something of themselves.

Review # 2 was written on 2014-10-15 00:00:00 Emily Zarnow A quick Christmas read. Very apt reflective reading for the holidays. Extending a little kindness goes a long way. Thanks Jzhun for this Christmas gift back in 2011. :)
