Though I can see how rotten people would try to dominate others with these methods (like pushy salesmen or people with 'rock star' attitudes) it will be to their own mental destruction. I will use these methods to have better command over my audience as a motivational speaker, more sway in communication when a point needs to be clear and strong, and to increase the feelings of sincerity when it's important to make a lasting impression. Adding to my top ten for sure!

Есть труды, в которых все это описано понятнее и лучше для современного человека. Отдаю себе отчет в том, что, скорее всего, Аткинсон был первый. Просто это было столетие назад, поэтому читать сейчас тяжко.
