Review # 1 was written on 2009-01-06 00:00:00 Bradley Groenewald I have been using this as a desk reference since 2007. It is one of the best written books on business reorganization I have ever seen. Problems: not comprehensive enough. You really do need Collier's. They can't seem to fit everything into two volumes. But they do a great job.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-02-14 00:00:00 Chuck Gotti I read this to help out with our taxes and my husband's small business. It was helpful - not a how-to, in most cases, but a guide surveying all the major issues so you can figure out what questions to ask and go deeper.
