Review # 1 was written on 2018-02-10 00:00:00 Bradley Sachs This book gives you a clue on the relation that should have the Organization between the Stakeholders, the Customers, the Suppliers and the Local Community. This book also explain you the importance of having a mental image of the organization business for improving it or, at least, for knowing how to design it. The other part of the book tells you how important is to know to explain the information of the organization process. Because everybody knows that and image is more worth that a thousand words, but don’t forget that with these visual tools the manager can realize of facts that wouldn’t do it with words. In my opinion, this is a book really helpful, so for managers as for employees.
