Review # 1 was written on 2009-02-10 00:00:00 Salvatore Abbate I don't know if this book merits 5 stars (at least 4) it is basically a poem with illustrations. But, what we are doing with is makes it a 5 star book. Every morning I read this book during breakfast. After I say "I love you" I whisper to one of the children "Say how much" They do it, then I say "So much" and another one is prompted to say "How much is so?" Way, Way more than you know. Then, I say to different children (and it varies who gets what page directed to them) "I love you as brilliant as each sparkling star, and as way out as space, I love you that far . .. " etc. Some mornings they are in the mood for it, others mornings I just get a grumble, but they all smile when I say their name and read them something like, "I love you as gigantic as a great lion's roar, and as deep as the ocean, I love you much more!"
