Review # 1 was written on 2010-07-07 00:00:00 Jeff Babb It never hurts to go back to the basics. Especially when "the basics" are presented in such an informative and enlightening manner. I would hand this text to anyone who is interested in learning about Islam in its most general sense. I'd also recommend it to Muslims who are experiencing information overload when it comes to pursuing knowledge. I feel reoriented having read this; as though I've received a short list of fundamentals, the understanding of which I must hone before giving priority to other interests under the realm of religion.

Review # 2 was written on 2011-07-31 00:00:00 Peter K Rabling This is maybe the best brief introduction to Islam that I've come across. Nice format structured around Islam, Iman, and Ihsan, or as these terms are elegantly translated in the title: Submission, Faith, & Beauty.
