Review # 1 was written on 2016-03-21 00:00:00 Ringo Inlow 3.5 stars. I enjoyed it much more than I thought I would, considering that it covered some well-trodden ground in Cleveland sports history. Dyer found great stories to tell, although he occasionally strained to find a narrative (like being oddly critical of Amelia Earhart?). Those odd narratives and some glaring factual mistakes (like calling the Boston Braves the Boston Red Sox, and calling the division series the ALCS) kept it from four stars.
