This book is different. Its checklists help confirm that what you are seeing in the organization needs attention; the flow charts lead you through the process of change; and the examples help to explain exactly what the book means in the real world. But what I really like about this book is its philosophy of intentionality: that ends matter more than their means.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-07-31 00:00:00 Lionel Tenneroni I found parts of the book repetitive, but overall I love the advice this book gives. A fantastic business plan for creating and perpetuating value in both an organization and society.
