This book is crap, largely because the subtitle is a lie. It claims to discuss every series, but barely mentions some without discussing them. Those shows do not receive episode guides. This matters because these are the most obscure shows, and it was to learn about them that I bought the book. I note several inaccuracies on the programs I know something about. I have to assume inaccuracies for other programs, but have no idea what is correct and what is not. No show is covered in-depth. It is very tempting to say that this is a bad book and should not have been published, but the episode guides have some value, so two stars for those. Without them, the book would rate one star.

I read the first edition and really liked it. It goes into detail about how much of The Book of Mormon was directly lifted from the book "View of the Hebrew." There are some pretty slanderous things said about Joseph Smith, and the overall tone reminds me of Thomas Paine's "The Age of Reason," but I doubt that someone who's already a firm believer in the Mormon faith will be swayed by it. The overall theme of "how can anyone believe this?" can be grating, but the evidence itself is hard to deny.
