Review # 1 was written on 2007-11-21 00:00:00 Derek Ferrari This is a pretty dry and boring book...I only read it for my Master's report. Unless you're really interested in the history of science, or the history of philosophy, or unless you have a very specific interest in the universal language schemes of the seventeenth century, you probably wouldn't enjoy this book. However, if you are interested in any of those things, this would probably be a great book for you. |
Review # 2 was written on 2017-10-07 00:00:00 Scott Smith I found it a little complex as it start with advanced information about two rich branches of linguistics. It summarizes all the principles of Semantics and Pragmatics in a brief way, with simple explanation. |
