Review # 1 was written on 2011-08-01 00:00:00 John Acquesta Jr. One of the best books I have ever read about Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It has lots of great information about the liver and how it works. By caring for the liver, many of the symptoms may be relieved, if not eliminated. By following many of the suggestions in this book in conjunction wtih macrobiotics I have been able to live a fairly normal life. This book helped me make sense of many of the symptoms I had been suffering.

Review # 2 was written on 2010-11-27 00:00:00 Leonard Conway I was fortunate enough to find an early edition of this in 1989, a month or two after I was struck down with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I credit this book with helping me turn the tide, and allowing me to lead a "normal" life again.
