Review # 1 was written on 2018-04-03 00:00:00 Doug Lott I should have checked, but the beautiful cover made me think that this book would be full of pictures. Most of the book looks like a graduate textbook. There are some color plates, but not the abundant full color full pagers that I expected. Mea culpa.
