Review # 1 was written on 2021-03-02 00:00:00 Hiram Acevedo It's been years since I read this book, but it was the first clue that just putting on a pair of skis and skidding down the slope wasn't the answer. What really helped me was the theory of what is going on when carving. Like other sports, this is not one that you can just read and book and do, this is something that you have to feel and have a great instructor. The idea that you roll into the carve is still hard for me, but I remember that lessons to this day. I still have not conquered bumps, but I do think at least it gave me a little theory about what to do. Although not the quick feet and balance necessary to do it :-)

Review # 2 was written on 2019-04-07 00:00:00 Lynne Kellerman I will read this later before I go skiing again. This really helped and I highlighted a bunch of stuff to utilize later on before I go skiing.
