Review # 2 was written on 2011-09-12 00:00:00 Matthew Froderman I have been feasting on Buk's writings for over two decades. I wouldn't dream of giving him less than 5 stars for any book. Last Saturday, I opened 'Shakespeare Never Did This (for the first time in a decade) and read it again -- just finished it tonight. He's so funny. And if you're a non-french speaking person who has had trouble with communication when travelling in Paris... You'll love this book! Biggest gem in my opinion: "Life was unabearable, its just that most people had been taught to pretend that it wasn't."
