Review # 1 was written on 2014-05-20 00:00:00 Richard Molinare The black and white line drawings in this book are just great! They are so simple, but very fun to look at, and they even held the attention of kids who live in this Technicolor age. The kids really liked this story, and asked if they could keep this book out of the library for awhile. They laughed in several places, and really quite enjoyed the ending. They were a little worried about Latouse's owner's obviously poor knowledge of the animal kingdom, but what are ya gonna do? His lack of education makes for a good story.

Review # 2 was written on 2015-10-24 00:00:00 Brett Trahan A Must Jaime Manrique, draws a vivid , warm hearted and amusing picture of the Latin gay experience in NY. I just re-read it since it was published and the colors remain bright and engaging.
