Review # 1 was written on 2018-02-15 00:00:00 Hiep Huu Recently passed this book on to our grandson during a vacation on Maui and the brilliant 2 year old had mastered all the letters by the end of the trip!

Review # 2 was written on 2010-04-30 00:00:00 Elliott Hobbs This is a simple alphabet book with gorgeous black and white photographs that depict the items, but also offer a glimpse into Hawaiian culture. Published in 1980, the book is obviously dated, but mainly in the dress and hairstyles of the people. But it does not detract from the book, instead offering a brief glimpse back in time (30 years!)
