While the content is great, the author's prose, I find, could have been more engaging and more well organized. He switches from giving his own experiences with recursive publics to explaining the substance and technical application of a creative commons license, and then switches gears to give his own account with recursive publics again. While the change in prose can bring the reader back to the topic at hand, I personally found it distracted from the overall theme of the book. |
