Frost tries too hard using literary techniques to extract subtleties from lowbrow material, but ends with the upshot that even if one was white and male, "too weird" was a pretty effective disenfranchiser.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-08-08 00:00:00 Kyle Ellis I loved this book. I'm not entirely sure how I got out of a graduate degree in U.S. History without ever learning about Miriam Leslie. There is a movie there!
