Review # 2 was written on 2015-05-07 00:00:00 David Smithson The classic story of "The Tortoise and the Hare" uses an animals to teach morals. It takes this character and is able to teach the children a moral for their life. This book is written in both English and Spanish text. It makes for a book that is good for our ELL students to read in class, but it is also a great text for those students to bring home to read with their parents. This would be a great book to use for guided reading, or for a majority of the entire class to use for their reading log. This will enable some ELL students to have reading groups in class that also have students with English as their first language. It will be a great way to integrate the students together.
