With recipes for pancakes and waffles (even though they're interchangeable) and toppings it's a surprisingly thorough breakfast recipe book. There's also pictures of each recipe which I like. You can mix and match recipes for rich sauces and sweet or savory flavors. Overall it's a fun recipe book!
