Review # 1 was written on 2015-03-16 00:00:00 Robert Desmarais Awful book. The organization was alright, it followed a mostly clear logic from one topic to another but the content is lousy. At one point it suggests that a manager corner an employee and "give them an earful" if they resist any changes. Insane. Would not recommend this book at all.

Review # 2 was written on 2013-06-28 00:00:00 Brian J. Lozoskie This is alright. The book is only about 100 pages. The book appendix is just a set of pre-made surveys one can use, presented in very redundant format.
