I think this book would make an excellent text book for Library and Information Center Mangament classes. It was much more easier to grasp than the very droll Library and Information Center Management (5th ed.) by Stuart that I read in grad school. *yawn*

Written in a straightforward and easy style. Plenty of practical advice for forging good relationships with library staff and constituents. This is a good one to purchase for one's personal reference library.
