And he created an empire in an industry many of us entrepreneurs are familiar with: Hospitality and Restaurants. I wish I could have lived William Heinecke's life. It sure must have been exciting but it seems like time, place, and luck had a lot to do with his success. For example, Thailand is saturated with competition due to globalization. SE Asia and some parts of China may still give opportunities like the ones he received but not so sure. I wished he could have talked more about how he was able to succeed in an Asian environment, such as what adjustments he made to his mentality and such but anyway, it was a fun and quick read.
