Review # 1 was written on 2007-06-29 00:00:00 Greg Finney An excellent collection of thirteen essays on the The Alliterative Morte Arthure by various scholars. Includes essays on the audience, formulaic style and Gawain's role in the poem. Very enjoyable.

Review # 2 was written on 2011-09-01 00:00:00 Tim Burns Good collection of articles giving an overview of the scholarship on the poem as it was in 1981--a bit dated now but still useful.
