Review # 1 was written on 2011-06-30 00:00:00 Gary Pyle This book provided me with a lot of helpful information about the breed as well as training methods. I feel more confident and am better informed about responsible pet ownership. I am considering adoption of an APBT in the future, and this book has been a great help.

Review # 2 was written on 2012-10-02 00:00:00 Shane Benally Nice, short book on training. Doesn't go into too much detail so as not to overwhelm someone that is a first time owner but does cover the basics and suggests obedience training. Having an adult Pitty parts made me giggle because they were oh so true and pretty funny (dismantling a picnic table). Not a book that goes deep into the psychology of dogs or one that will help you decide which type of training technique is best for your pitty but overall was an easy, enjoyable read.
