Review # 1 was written on 2019-11-17 00:00:00 LinsaY Alpert I proposed a statistics course for a gifted and talented program I used to teach. I purchased many materials for this. I have forgotten why the class wasn't taught, but I think the program was canceled. Anyhow, this is a decent overview of probability in the classroom. I like the presentation of the material. There are some good suggestions. |
Review # 2 was written on 2016-04-13 00:00:00 Ryan Brown This was way lower level than I was initially expecting, but a great historical overlook. Would be great for a middle or early high schooler interested in numbers or infinity. Would make simple and clear material for a school report, and provides a short list of age appropriate math journals and email lists related to the subject for those who want to dig deeper. |
