Overall, I liked this book. It gave some good tips on how to talk openly with your kids and how to get over some of hangups we likely have regarding this topic. It's a slightly older book. So, it was a little dated. It wasn't too bad, but I would have preferred a more modern book. In the section for fathers, she spends a lot of time discussing how fathers need to talk with boys. However, in the mothers section, she only discussed women should get over their hangups to be able to talk to their kids.

Okay, so I tried listening to this from the Guttenburg Project Books and it was useful for 3 Chapters, and then got utterly boring.
