Review # 1 was written on 2009-05-23 00:00:00 Mark Kirimli ya know, as far as i got in here there was some good info, but I quit reading when the author tried to blame Czologsz's assassination of McKinley in 1901 for Emma Goldman's deportation in 1919. It was one of a myriad of McCann's spurious connections in a book that, if it were a bit more sensible, might have been a great intro to terrorism history book. Disappointing. |
Review # 2 was written on 2012-03-13 00:00:00 Lee Legg Each chapter is the perfect length, giving the reader a interesting and enlightening historical view. Seeing terrorism down through all the years our country has been around, makes today's terrorism seem much less threatening. This book puts it all in perspective. |
