It was certainly that, and it was interesting to get snapshots of what certain political situations looked like when it was published, but I have read other scholarly books that were more captivating.

Review # 2 was written on 2016-05-29 00:00:00 Christian Leigh Living in Colorado, we are constantly reminded of the need to conserve water and sometimes left wondering why so much of it gets allocated to other states. An excellent book including historical perspectives, current management of our limited resource, and future difficulties as population grows. I learned a great deal about the system of water regulation in Colorado. Highly recommended! !
