227 page library binding is my copy. A very enjoyable read. Will look after her other work.

I had to read this book for an Early 18th Century Literature class and I'm going to level with all of you. This book made me want to take a Forever Nap™. It was so meandering and bloated and said so little and yet too much at the same time. My friend and I eventually had to resort to using a public domain audio book from YouTube at double speed in order to get through it. We lay down on her dorm room bed, dissociating, attempting to absorb what little plot there was. When we eventually emerged, it apparently had poured rain and we hadn't noticed at all. Dead ass, a rainbow was outside and it kind of felt like a sign to us that we were going to be rewarded for our suffering. It was so bad but also pretty gay, so I guess we begrudgingly stan. Still, don't even bother trying to read it.
