Review # 2 was written on 2016-10-24 00:00:00 Krem Sfr this is the very comprehensive text book from which have to study for this week and otherwise. (To do well) Interesting case studies, and lots information, the weight of the book alone states the knowledge therein! Ok back to teh books (never thought I would rate a text)
