Review # 1 was written on 2016-09-18 00:00:00 Jozef M Panek James is an impressionist, barely hinting at his story, it's like a puzzle, quite beautiful. The Beast in the Jungle is the best of the lot and sums up James quite well. His language is extraordinary, so beautiful and refined, even if his stories all seem sexually empty. A good writer to read at 50.
