It describes how this day came to be, talks about Saint Valentine, and how we celebrate Valentines Day today. It also includes a blurb on how other countries celebrate this type of holiday. I will use this book to inform the students about this holiday even further aside form the usual give me a card and some candy routine. After students learn the history about this day, they can create their own valentines for their peers and family.
