Review # 1 was written on 2008-04-10 00:00:00 Thomas Noland I am quite amazed at hoe these 'trained men' leave that behind for 6 months or so and work in clinics that have such minimal technology, it any at all beside a few meds. So sad, is the availability of medical help for so, so many around the world.

The writing is very easy to understand if you have not been introduced to the concepts necessary to write. You could basically follow the steps like a recipe, which in our class we seem to be doing.
