Review # 1 was written on 2013-07-18 00:00:00 Murder Rate This book is a public administration classic, so I had to read it for a Logic of Inquiry class. I liked it because it was painfully weird. I especially enjoyed the metaphor of a good administrator being a gadfly who can niggle and annoy in order to get things done.

Review # 2 was written on 2008-08-19 00:00:00 Chris Heid Farmer really likes to hear the sound of his own voice...He thinks he's a brilliant and talented writer, but his "eloquence" just makes an interesting topic a total snooze. Ugh.
